Vermont Be True Yoga Festival is an annual yoga festival and wellness festival held at Milldale Farm Center for Wellness. It is a volunteer and karma yogi driven fundraising event to support development of the non-profit organization Vermont Be True. Vermont Be True offers yoga, holistic wellness services, and mental health and addictions counseling to at need, underprivileged populations and all beings through scholarship and sliding scale fee services. Vermont Be True Yoga Festival strives to support emotional, spiritual and physical growth and healing for all beings throughout the festival weekend and beyond!
