We are an infrared heated alignment vinyasa yoga studio in downtown Monterey, California. We are walking distance from many major hotels and the waterfront, local coffee shops & cafes. We offer 29 classes per week from 6A-7:45P. Vinyasa classes are heated to 75-85-degrees (24-29-degrees celsius). Our philosophy is mi casa es su casa. We have a steady base of local students and love hosting traveling yogis - we share the yoga love!
