Spokane Yoga Shala
As the longest running Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga school in
Spokane, here at the Shala we know that people come to yoga for many
reasons; lower back pain, healing from an injury, looking to improve
physical fitness, stress relief are to name a few. We also know that
some find that yoga helps them to relax while others find that yoga is
energizing and invigorating.
