KOR Pilates & Yoga
KÔR is a progressive private fitness studio. We believe in mind/body training that emphasizes the natural movements of the body. Since the body works as one unit in everyday activities, we believe that is how the body should be trained, as a whole, not broken up into individual parts. Our core, the center of the body is the driving force of all human movement. A well conditioned core provides strength, length and stability to the body. This will make your body stronger, more functional and less prone to injury. At KÔR we offer Pilates (mat work, apparatus, & pre/post-natal), Iyengar Yoga, and Functional Personal Training. All three of these disciplines will strengthen and lengthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too! Our goal is not to simply make you sweat, but to teach you how to move your body correctly while giving you a great workout as well
