Durango Sports Club is a full-service fitness and wellness facility located in Durango, Colo. The club provides fitness assessment and personal training services and membership programs. The facility includes a pro shop, nursery, outdoor swimming pool, racquetball and handball courts and locker rooms. It also has a gymnasium that offers cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The club also provides yoga, martial arts and aerobics programs by certified instructors. Durango Sports Club operates an orthopedic and sports therapy clinic and provides aquatic therapy, biomechanical evaluations and senior fitness classes. It additionally offers massage therapy by licensed practitioners who treat migraine headaches; neck, shoulder, back, hip and leg pains; and knee, ankle and foot problems. The club is a member of the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association.
