Downey Dog Yoga is a locally owned, community based yoga studio. We aim to provide a space for self care, self healing and self awareness. This old general store reminds us of a simple and peaceful time. Downey Dog Yoga offers a balanced mix of playful, energy and quieting relaxations throughout the schedule. We are focused on teaching all aspects of the yoga tradition in a calm and peaceful environment and our classes are welcoming to all.
