We are a veteran owned CrossFit box in Fort Collins CO dedicated to serving our members in the best possible way. It is my personal goal to make sure all of my members and supporters meet and exceed their fitness goals. CrossFit Grenade brings over 30 years of fitness and coaching experience to the table to include the sports on which CrossFit is based on, as well as CrossFit itself.
